Denver Metro Village, an affordable senior living complex will undergo a full renovation of the 191 units in the existing 18-story building completed in 1971. The property will also include the addition of a new 4 story precast concrete structure with 200-space parking and 8100 sq. ft of amenity and commercial retail space on the ground floor.
The existing tower will continue to be partially occupied throughout renovation with the execution of a rolling plan allowing for three to four floors at a time to undergo asbestos abatement followed by mechanical, plumbing, electrical and finish renovation.
